After years of dedicated service, it is both exciting and bittersweet to announce the retirement of our beloved Warehouse Manager, Dave Dombeck. Dave’s career has been a cornerstone of Pageantry Innovations. His impact on the marching arts community—and on our team—has been nothing short of extraordinary.

A Journey Rooted in Family and Passion

Dave joined the Pageantry Innovations team after moving back to his hometown to be closer to his family. This decision marked the beginning of a new chapter in his career and brought his decades of experience and deep love for the marching arts to our company. From the moment he stepped through our doors, Dave became an integral part of our story.

A Legacy of Leadership and Vision

Before joining Pageantry Innovations, Dave spent over 30 years at McCormick’s Group LLC, where he built a decorated career and forged invaluable relationships within the marching arts community. It was during this time that Dave took a chance on a small startup cart company called Pageantry Innovations, onboarding McCormick’s as our first dealer. His belief in what we were building gave us the foundation we needed to grow.

Championing the Marching Arts

Dave played a pivotal role in introducing Pageantry Innovations to the DCI community. Through his deep connection to the Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps—where he served as a marching member, percussion instructor, and board member—Dave brought the Cavaliers to Pageantry Innovations as our first PI Artist. This partnership helped establish our presence in the activity and marked the start of many meaningful collaborations with other ensembles.

A Heartfelt Tribute to Generosity and Kindness

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Dave has been a beacon of generosity, always lending a hand to those in need and offering unwavering support to those around him. His genuine personality and thoughtfulness have touched the lives of so many, making him not just a colleague but a true friend to everyone lucky enough to know him.

As we celebrate Dave’s incredible career, we also honor the friendships, partnerships, and countless memories he has left with us.
