Jonathan Yoo is an experienced sound designer, program consultant, and educator based in Houston, Texas. As the Audio Caption Supervisor for Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps, he brings extensive experience from leading DCI ensembles, UIL State Finalists, BOA Grand National Finalists, and his time as a Texas Band Director. His expertise spans sound, show, and visual design, along with educational training for programs nationwide. Jonathan is passport-ready and available to assist programs anywhere with an airport.

Erik Kosman

Erik Kosman, based in Leander, Texas, is a sought-after designer, consultant, and educator in the marching arts. Specializing in system design, consultation, installation, repair, and audio engineering, Erik has worked with top ensembles in DCI, WGI, and BOA. Outside of the marching arts, he is a Business Development Representative for Solotech, a global leader in audiovisual and entertainment technology. Erik lives with his wife, daughter, and two huskies, bringing his expertise and passion to programs across Texas.

Geoff Schoeffel

Geoff Schoeffel is a Dallas-based sound designer and audio engineer with over a decade of experience in the marching arts. Through his company, Pageantry Audio, he has worked with some of the leading ensembles in the activity, including the Blue Devils, RCC Indoor Percussion, and multiple BOA Grand National and UIL finalists. Committed to excellence in the marching arts, Geoff and his team are ready to partner with ensembles nationwide, offering expertise and innovative solutions across every facet of marching audio.

Reuben Rodriguez

Reuben Rodriguez, founder of PitHacks, is an Austin-based educator, arranger, and sound designer specializing in audio/video recording, sound design, and technical consulting for music programs across Texas. A DCI and WGI veteran, Rodriguez has collaborated with elite ensembles like The Cavaliers and Phantom Regiment while leading PitHacks to support over 50 programs annually. With over a decade of teaching and a commitment to innovation, he’s dedicated to advancing live sound and audio education in the marching arts.
